What this site is
GAMEFAST is an index of links. It is not a games service, not a hosting provider, and not a party to anything that happens on a site you reach from here. Every game is run by its own authors on their own domain.
Third-party projects
- Each project has its own licence and its own terms. Some are open source, some are fan projects in a grey area, some are commercial. Check before you redistribute anything.
- Listings marked NEEDS FILES are engines that read data from a copy of the original game. Listing one is not a licence to obtain that game. You are responsible for holding a lawful copy.
- Downloads, donations, accounts and any transaction you make on a linked site are between you and that site.
No warranty
The catalogue is provided as is. Links are checked when the site is built but a project can move, close or change behaviour at any time. We do not warrant that any listing works, is safe, is lawful in your country, or stays available. The LINK DOWN flag reflects the last build check, not live status.
Security
Do not install a launcher, browser extension or player that a game site asks for. Nothing listed here needs one. If a listed project starts requiring one, use the report route and it will be reviewed.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, attempt to interfere with the play counter, or use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material. Play counts are public and unauthenticated; manipulating them is a terms breach and nothing more.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GAMEFAST and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or of any site reached from it, including loss of data, damage to a device, or anything that happens to you on a linked project. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Advertising terms
Banner space is sold directly. The full specification, pricing, review process and refund policy are on the advertise page. In summary: one advertiser occupies the slot at a time, every banner is reviewed by a person before it runs, banners that are refused are refunded in full, and no banner is served by a third-party ad network or used to build a visitor profile.
Trademarks and ownership
Game names, characters and cover art belong to their respective owners. Listing a project is not a claim of affiliation with or endorsement by any publisher. See the about page for how cover art is used.
Removals
Rights holders should use the takedown page.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page changes when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
